The XSite platform offers a streamlined approach to adding and tracking customers, ensuring that vital details are accessible and organized.

Adding a Customer in XSiteIO

  1. Begin by locating the ‘Price Book’ heading within the side menu. Navigate to ‘Accounts’ and select the option labeled ‘Customers’. 
  2. At the top of the customers page, click the ‘+’ icon to add a new customer.
  3. You will see a series of fields designed to capture essential customer details. These include:
    1. Name: Enter the full name of the customer.
    2. Primary Contact: Provide a primary contact number or email address.
    3. Address: Fill in the customer's physical address.
    4. City: Specify the city where the customer resides.
    5. Country: Select the country from the drop-down menu.
    6. Province/State: Choose the province or state, ensuring it matches the customer's address.
    7. Postal/ZIP Code: Input the postal or ZIP code for the location.
      Note: An ID number will be automatically generated by XSite for each customer you add. This unique identifier aids in tracking and managing customer information efficiently.
  4. After ensuring all the provided details are accurate and complete, locate and click the green 'Add' button. This action will officially add the customer to your XSite system.
  5. Finally, locate the newly added customer in the list and select them by clicking on their 'Id' number. In this section, you have the option to enter additional specific details about your customer.

  1. Begin by locating the ‘Accounts’ heading within the side menu. Click on the option labeled ‘Customers’.
