Tips & Warnings
- If you use Bulloch POS, disabling the check digit is required. If you do not do this, your scanned UPCs may not match what XSite expects.
- Always test scanning in your phone’s Notes app after scanning the QR setup codes.
- If scanning stops working, you may have scanned the wrong QR code. Use the Enable QR code to restore normal scanning.
- UPC-E is normally 8 digits, but after disabling the check digit, it should scan as 7 digits.
- UPC-A is normally 12 digits, but after disabling the check digit, it should scan as 11 digits.
- If you cannot type in XSite Mobile, use the scanner button double-click trick to bring up the keyboard.
