This article shows you how to filter and view customer transactions in XSite and generate an invoice from the results so you can review account activity accurately and create invoices quickly and correctly.

Before you begin

You must have access to customer accounts and transactions in XSite.

Steps

Find customer transactions in XSiteIO

  1. Go to [Price Book] in the side menu.
  2. Hover over [Accounts] and select [Transactions].
  3. Select your store at the top of the page.
  4. Select the customer whose transactions you want to view.
  5. Enter the date range you want to review.
  6. Click [Generate].
  7. Review the transactions shown in the results list.
  8. Click [Create Invoice] to generate an invoice from the results.
  9. Review the invoice totals and details.
  10. Click the [Save] or [Print] icon to finish.

Find customer transactions in XSite Classic

  1. Go to [Accounts] in the side menu.
  2. Select [Transactions].
  3. Select your store at the top of the page.
  4. Select the customer you want to review.
  5. Enter the date range.
  6. Review the transactions that load automatically.
  7. Click [Create Invoice].
  8. Review the invoice totals and details.
  9. Click the [Save] or [Print] icon to complete the process.

Tips & Warnings

  • If no transactions appear, check that the store, customer, and date range are correct.
  • In XSiteIO, transactions will not load until you click [Generate].
  • Review invoice details before saving or printing to avoid billing errors.
  • Only transactions within the selected date range will be included on the invoice.
