This article shows you how to download Google Chrome and log in to XSite so you can access XSite’s web-based back-office inventory management system.

Before you begin

Before you start, make sure:

• You have a computer with internet access.
• You have your XSite username and password.

Steps

1. Open any web browser on your computer.
2. Click the search bar at the top of the browser.
3. Type Google Chrome and press Enter.
4. Click the first search result for the official Google Chrome website.
5. Click Download Chrome.
6. When prompted, click Accept and Install.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions to finish the installation.
8. When installation is complete, Google Chrome will open automatically.
9. In Google Chrome, click the address bar at the top.
10. Type xsiteio.com and press Enter.
11. On the XSite login page, enter your username.
12. Enter your password.
13. Click Log In.

Tips & Warnings

If you are unable to log in:

• Make sure you are using Google Chrome.
• Check that xsiteio.com is typed correctly.
• Confirm your username and password are entered correctly.
• Try refreshing the page and logging in again.

If the page does not load:

• Check your internet connection.
• Close and reopen Google Chrome, then try again.

If you still cannot log in, contact your store manager or XSite support to confirm your login details.
