Steps

   Go to https://www.imarkportal.com and log in with your Coremark credentials.

   Click [View].

   Select Invoices from the dropdown menu.

   Choose the date range for the invoices you want to download.

   Click [Export].

   Select ABC as the export format.

   Save the file to a folder on your computer where you can find it again (for example, Downloads or a folder named Coremark EDI).

Tips & Warnings

• Always select ABC format. Other formats may not import correctly into XSite.
• If you cannot find your downloaded file, check your browser's Downloads list and note the saved location.
• If the invoice list is empty, widen your date range and try again.
• If [Export] is not available, confirm you are on the Invoices page and logged into the correct Coremark account.
