This article shows you how to add a payout in XSite before syncing with the Bulloch POS so you can make sure payouts are recorded correctly and not lost during sync.

Before you begin

• You must have access to Price Book in XSite.
• If you use Bulloch POS, payouts must be created in XSite before syncing.

Steps

Add a payout in XSiteIO

1. Go to Price Book from the left-side menu.
2. Hover over Items, then select Payouts.
3. Confirm the correct Site is selected at the top of the screen.
4. Select the [ + ] icon at the top left.
5. Review the auto-filled ID.
6. Enter a clear Description (for example: Lottery Payout).
   1. (Optional) Enter a French Description if required.
7. Review all details for accuracy.
8. Select [Add] to save the payout.

Add a payout in XSite Classic

1. Go to Price Book → Payouts from the main menu.
2. Confirm the correct Site is selected.
3. Select the [ + ] icon at the top left.
4. Enter a unique ID number.
5. Enter a clear Description (for example: Lottery Payout).
   1. (Optional) Enter a French Description if required.
6. Review all details carefully.
7. Select [Add] to save the payout.

Tips & Warnings

• Always create payouts in XSite before syncing with Bulloch.
• If you sync first, payouts entered directly on the POS can be lost.
• Use clear descriptions so payouts are easy to identify in reports.
• Double-check the site selection to avoid adding payouts to the wrong store.
