This article shows you how to download Coremark invoices from the iMark Portal in ABC format so you can ensure Coremark EDI invoices are properly formatted and ready for import into XSite, keeping inventory and purchase orders accurate and up to date.

Before you begin

• You need your Coremark iMark Portal login credentials.

Steps

1. Go to https://www.imarkportal.com and log in with your Coremark credentials.
2. Click [View].
3. Select Invoices from the dropdown menu.
4. Choose the date range for the invoices you want to download.
5. Click [Export].
6. Select ABC as the export format.
7. Save the file to a folder on your computer where you can find it again (for example, Downloads or a folder named Coremark EDI).

Tips & Warnings

• If you do not select ABC format, the file may not import correctly into XSite.
• If you cannot find your downloaded file, check your browser’s Downloads list and note the saved location.
• If the invoice list is empty, widen your date range and try again.
• If Export is not available, confirm you are on the Invoices page and you are logged into the correct Coremark account.
• Keep the downloaded file name as-is until after you import it into XSite. Renaming can make it harder to recognize later.
