Find and review customer payment history

This article shows you how to locate and review customer payments in XSiteIO or XSite Classic using filters so you can track customer payment activity by store and date with confidence.
Before you begin
- You must have access to Accounts in XSite.
- If you cannot see Payments, contact your store administrator.
Steps
Locate customer payments in XSiteIO
- In the side menu, go to [Price Book], then [Accounts], then [Payments].
- Select your store from the Sites dropdown.
- Select the customer you want to review.
- Set the date range for the payments you want to see.
- Click [Generate] to view matching invoices and payments.
Locate customer payments in XSite Classic
- In the side menu, go to [Accounts], then [Payments].
- Select your store from the store dropdown.
- Select the customer from the customer dropdown.
- Set the date range to filter the payment history.
Tips & Warnings
- If no results appear, expand the date range and try again.
- Make sure the correct store is selected before generating results.
- Payments will not appear if the customer has no activity in the selected time period.
- If a payment looks missing, confirm it was posted to the correct customer account.
