How do I add a customer?
Add a new customer to your XSite system so you can track sales, invoices, and account details.
Introduction
Adding customers in XSite is quick and easy. You can store important contact and location info, so you have what you need when managing sales or accounts.
Adding a Customer in XSiteIO
- Go to ‘Price Book’ in the side menu, then select ‘Accounts’, and click ‘Customers’.
- Click the ‘+’ icon at the top of the page to start a new entry.
- Fill out the following fields:
- Name – Customer’s full name
- Primary Contact – Phone number or email
- Address – Street address
- City – City name
- Country – Select from the drop-down
- Province/State – Select from the drop-down
- Postal/ZIP Code – Full postal or ZIP code
- XSite will auto-generate a customer ID for tracking.
- Once the form is complete, click the ‘Add Customer’ button to save.
- To add more info later, click the customer’s ID number from the list.
Adding a Customer in XSite Classic
- Go to ‘Accounts’ in the side menu and click ‘Customers’.
- Fill out the following fields:
- Name – Customer’s full name
- Primary Contact – Phone number or email
- Address – Street address
- City – City name
- Country – Select from the drop-down
- Province/State – Select from the drop-down
- Postal/ZIP Code – Full postal or ZIP code
- A unique customer ID will be auto-generated by XSite.
- Click the ‘Add’ button to save the customer.
- To add more details later, click the customer’s ID number from the list.
