Introduction
Managing and tracking customer payments is a crucial aspect of your business operations. Within XSite, you have the capability to monitor recent payments made by your customers through your POS system.
Locating Customer Payments in XSiteIO
- From the side menu, go to the ‘Price Book’ heading.
- Click on ‘Accounts’, and then select ‘Payments’.
- Use the ‘Sites’ drop-down menu to choose your specific store location.
- Next to the ‘Sites’ drop-down, find and select the customer whose payments you wish to review.
- Beside the customer drop-down menu, specify the date range for the payments you're interested in.
- Click on ‘Generate’ to the right to display a list of relevant invoices and payments.
Locating Customer Payments in XSite Classic
- In the side menu, click on the ‘Accounts’ tab, then choose ‘Payments’.
- From the store drop-down menu, pick the location of interest.
- Next to the store drop-down menu, select the customer to view their payment history.
- Adjacent to the customer selection, define the period for which you want to see payments.
