Before you begin Steps Tips & Warnings

This article shows you how to view sync reports in XSite to confirm that price and item changes were sent to Passport so prices and items are accurate on the Passport POS and sales and checkout work correctly.

Before you begin

Before you start, make sure:

  • Your store uses the Passport POS system.
  • You have access to Shift Details in XSite.

Steps

  1. In XSite, go to the top menu.
  2. Click [Shift Details].
  3. Find the Change Request Details column.
  4. Click [Generate] under Change Request Details.
  5. Review the list of changes sent to Passport.
  6. Find the ITT Sync Report column.
  7. Click [Generate] under ITT Sync Report.
  8. Review the report to confirm changes synced correctly.

Tips & Warnings

  • Use Change Request Details to confirm updates were sent.
  • Use ITT Sync Report to confirm what changed and whether it synced correctly.
  • If the reports do not show your recent updates, wait a few minutes and check again.
  • If your changes still do not appear, confirm XSite and the POS are online.
  • If you see errors or missing updates, contact XSite Support and describe what you changed.
