How syncing works in XSite
Send updates from XSite to your POS

Before you begin
Before you start, make sure:
- You have finished making changes in XSite.
- Your internet connection is working.
- Your POS is online and connected.
Steps
- Review your changes in XSite.
- Confirm items were added or removed.
- Confirm prices or costs were updated.
- Confirm deal groups or price groups were added or changed.
- Go to the top of XSite.
- Click the [Sync] button with the double arrow icon.
- Wait while XSite sends updates to the POS.
- Keep the screen open during the sync.
- Do not close the browser or lose connection.
- Go to the POS after the sync finishes.
- Check a few items to confirm updates applied.
- Confirm prices, new items, and deals look correct.
Tips & Warnings
- Sync after every pricing, item, or deal change.
- Syncing may take a few minutes. This is normal.
- Both XSite and the POS must be online for syncing to work.
- If updates do not appear, wait a moment and try syncing again.
- Error messages often explain what went wrong. Read them carefully.
- If problems continue, contact XSite Support and explain what you tried to sync
