Introduction

Use this guide to quickly upload a list of items into XSite.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Sheet Name: The worksheet containing your items must be named ‘items’.
  2. Column Formatting: Each column in your spreadsheet must be organized as follows to match XSite's import structure:
    1. Column A: PLU
    2. Column B: UPC.
      1. Important: For Bulloch sites, omit the last digit.
    3. Column C: Part Number
    4. Column D: Description
    5. Column E: Supplier Name
    6. Column F: Department ID Number
    7. Column G: Subdepartment ID Number
    8. Column H: Department Description
    9. Column I: Price (Ensure to input numbers only)
    10. Column J: Unit of Order (Use 'EA' for each, 'CT' for carton)
    11. Column K: Case Size
    12. Column L: Cost (Numbers only)
    13. Column M: Deposit (Input numbers only; if no deposit is required, enter 0)
    14. Column N: Tax (Enter 0 for no taxes, 1 for TAX1, 2 for TAX2, 3 for both TAX1 and TAX2)
  3. Important Considerations:
    1. Commas: Ensure there are no commas within any part of the file, as they will be interpreted as additional columns and could disrupt the import process.
  4. Here is an example of a properly formatted spreadsheet:
