This guide is designed to assist XSite users in efficiently downloading Coremark EDI invoices. The process involves exporting invoice files from the Coremark portal and importing them into the XSite system. By following these steps, you can streamline your inventory management and ensure that your purchase orders reflect the most up-to-date transactions.

Accessing Coremark EDI Invoices

1. Navigate to the Coremark login page at https://www.imarkportal.com. Enter your credentials to access your account.
2. Once logged in, click on ‘View’ located at the top left-hand corner of the dashboard. From the drop-down menu, select /_questions/1261898‘Invoices’ to access your invoice records.
3. Specify the date range for the invoices you wish to download. This filters the displayed invoices to only those within the selected period.
4. Locate the ‘Export’ button at the top right-hand side of the screen. Click on this to proceed with exporting your selected invoices.
5. From the available export options, select the ‘ABC format’. Ensure to save the exported file in a location on your computer that is easily accessible.
