This article shows you how to modify multiple items in XSite by filtering items and applying bulk updates in XSiteIO or XSite Classic so you can save time and reduce mistakes by making consistent changes across many products at once.

Before you begin

Before you start, make sure:

• You are logged into XSite.
• You have access to Price Book and Items.
• You know which items you want to update.

Steps

In XSiteIO

1. Click [Price Book].
2. Hover over Items, then click [Items].
3. Click the [Filter] icon at the top of the page.
4. In Filter by, select how you want to group items.
5. Choose the specific value in the next dropdown.
6. Click [Add Filter].
7. Add more filters if needed.
   1. Optional: Click [Add items to list] to save this group.
8. Click [Modify Multiple Items].
9. In the Price column, enter a percentage or dollar change.
10. Update any other fields you want to change.
11. Click the [checkmark] button to save.

In XSite Classic

1. Click [Price Book].
2. Click [Items].
3. Click the [Filter] funnel icon at the top of the page.
4. In Select a field, choose how to group items.
5. Select the value in the next dropdown.
6. Add more filters if needed.
   1. Optional: Click [Add items to list] to save this group.
7. Click [Modify Multiple Items].
8. In the Unit Price column, enter a percentage or dollar change.
9. Update any other fields across the row.
10. Click [Apply] to save your changes.

Tips & Warnings

• Filters control which items are updated. Review them carefully.
• Percentage changes affect all selected items. Double-check values.
• Save lists only when you plan to reuse them.
• Sync after changes so updates appear at the POS.
• If results look wrong, stop and review before applying.
