Introduction

If you notice that one or more shifts are missing in your fuel reports or reconciliations, there may be a sync issue or a problem with your hardware or service subscription. This guide walks you through the most common causes and how to fix them.

Troubleshooting Missing Shifts

Refresh XSite

  • Start with a quick refresh or resync inside XSite. This can fix small glitches and may bring back the missing shift data.

Check the FOB device

  • Look for a blue USB stick plugged into the Bulloch PC. This is your FOB, which gives access to the secure server where shift data is stored.
  • Each shift should end with a printed report and the creation of a TRS-XML file for tracking sales and pump reads.

Verify Sentex subscription is active

  • Make sure your monthly Sentex service (around $10/month) is still active. Without it, the system will stop sending or storing shift data, and XSite can’t retrieve it.

Still missing shifts? Contact Sentex

  • If your FOB is working and your subscription is active but shifts are still missing, contact Sentex directly for help.
