This article shows you how to add a new supplier in XSite and mark it as a Fuel delivery supplier so you can ensure fuel suppliers are correctly set up for accurate fuel deliveries, inventory tracking, and fuel operations.

Before you begin

You must have permission to manage suppliers in XSite.

Steps

Add a fuel supplier in XSiteIO

1. In the side menu, go to Price Book → Inventory → Suppliers.
2. Click the [+] icon at the top of the Suppliers screen.
3. Enter the supplier name and contact details in the available fields.
4. Click [Add] to save the supplier.
5. Select the newly added supplier from the list.
6. In the Identification section, enable Fuel delivery supplier.

Add a fuel supplier in XSite Classic

1. In the side menu, go to Administration → Suppliers.
2. Enter the supplier name and contact details in the supplier fields.
3. Click [Add] to save the supplier.
4. Select the newly added supplier from the list.
5. In the Identification section, toggle Fuel delivery supplier to On.

Tips & Warnings

• If Fuel delivery supplier is not enabled, the supplier will not appear in fuel delivery or fuel inventory workflows.
• Fuel suppliers use the same setup screen as other suppliers. This is expected.
• If you do not see Suppliers, your user role may not have permission to manage supplier records.
• Changes take effect immediately after saving. No restart is required.
