This article shows you how to generate a customer statement in XSite by selecting a store, customer, and date range, then printing or exporting the results so you can provide clear and accurate customer account statements for billing, record-keeping, and customer communication.

Steps

Print customer statements in XSiteIO

  1. In the side menu, go to [Price Book] > [Accounts] > [Receivable].
  2. Use the Sites dropdown to select your store location.
  3. Select the customer from the dropdown next to the site menu.
  4. Use the calendar tool to choose the date range for the statement.
  5. Review the list of charges and payments shown.
  6. Click [Export] to download an Excel file or [Print] for a paper copy.

Print customer statements in XSite Classic

  1. In the side menu, go to [Accounts] > [Receivable].
  2. Choose the store location from the dropdown at the top.
  3. Select the customer you want to view.
  4. Use the calendar tools to set the date range.
  5. Review the list of transactions displayed.
  6. Click [Export] to save an Excel version or [Print] to print it.

Tips & Warnings

  • If no results appear, double-check the date range and customer selection.
  • Statements only show posted charges and payments within the selected dates.
  • Exported Excel files are useful for emailing or saving to your records.
  • Printed statements should be reviewed before sharing to confirm totals and dates.
