This article shows you how to sync the XSite price book and activate the updated prices on the Bulloch POS system so item prices at the POS are accurate and up to date and customers are charged correctly.

Before you begin
Before you start, make sure:
You have finished making all price changes in XSite.
You have access to the Bulloch POS.
The store is not busy and no customers are actively pumping fuel.
Steps
Sync the price book from XSite

In XSite, locate the [Sync] button at the top of the screen.

Click [Sync] to send the updated price book to Bulloch.

Wait 1 to 2 minutes for the file to transfer before continuing.
Update the price book on Bulloch

On the Bulloch POS, click [Menu] .

Select [Utilities] .

Click [Connect to Home Office] .

Wait for the connection to complete.

Return to [Menu] .

Under 2: Pricebook , select [Update Price Book] . If the option is not visible, click the [down arrow] to expand the list.
Activate the updated prices

When prompted, click [Activate] .

Wait for activation to finish.

Check a few items on the POS to confirm the updated prices are showing correctly.
Tips & Warnings
Always sync in XSite before updating the price book on Bulloch. If you skip the sync, the POS will not receive the latest price changes.
Do not activate prices while fuel is being pumped. Wait until the forecourt is clear before clicking [Activate] .
If prices do not update after activation, repeat the full process and allow extra time between the sync and the Bulloch update steps.
Perform price updates during slower hours when possible to avoid disrupting sales at the register.
