- Begin by navigating to the top of your XSite interface where you will find and select the ‘Shift Details’ option.
- Locate and click on the ‘Generate’ button under the ‘Change Request Details’ column.
- This shows a list of all changes that were sent to Passport (like price updates or new items).
- Locate and click on the ‘Generate’ button under the ‘ITT Sync Report’ column.
- This gives you a more detailed report showing exactly what changes were made and if they synced properly.
