In retail operations, particularly within convenience stores, managing payouts is an essential part of daily transactions. Payouts cover miscellaneous outflows, such as lottery winnings, and need to be recorded accurately for accounting and operational efficiency. XSite's Payout feature provides a streamlined process for tracking these transactions. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to add a payout in XSite.
Creating a Payout in XSiteIO
- On the XSite side menu, locate the 'Price Book' on the main menu.
- Hover over ‘Items’ and select 'Payouts' from the dropdown options.
- At the top left corner of the screen, ensure that the correct site is selected from the 'Sites' dropdown menu.
- Click the '+' icon located at the top left corner of the Payouts screen to create a new payout record.
- In the 'ID' field, a sequential number will be automatically generated.
- Provide a clear 'Description' of the payout, such as "Lottery Payout".
- If necessary, enter a French translation of the description in the 'French Description' field.
- Review the details for accuracy.
- Click the green 'Add' button to save the new payout to your XSite system.
Important: Create payouts in XSite before syncing with Bulloch. Syncing without creating payouts in XSite first will delete any payouts made directly in Bulloch.

- On the XSite dashboard, locate 'Price Book' on the main menu.
- Click on 'Payouts' from the dropdown options.
- At the top left corner of the screen, ensure that the correct site is selected.

- In the 'ID' field, input a unique identifier for the payout transaction.
- Provide a clear 'Description' of the payout, such as "Lottery Payout".
- If necessary, enter a French translation of the description in the 'French Description' field.
- Review the details for accuracy.
- Click the blue 'Add' button to save the new payout to your XSite system.
Important: Ensure to create payouts in XSite before syncing with Bulloch. Syncing without creating payouts in XSite first will delete any payouts made directly in Bulloch.
