To edit taxes at the item level, follow these simple steps:

1.  Navigate to ‘Price Book’, select ‘Items’, and then select ‘Items’
2. Locate the item you want to adjust taxes for and select its PLU number
3.  In the ‘Choose Tax’ row select the taxes you want applied or deselect taxes to remove
4.  Save your changes
