This article shows you how to change a user password in XSite using the Change Password option so you can maintain secure access to XSite and avoid login issues.

Before you begin

• You must know your current password to change it yourself.
• If you have forgotten your password, you will need to contact XSite Support to reset it.

Steps

Change your password in XSiteIO

1. Click [Settings] in the bottom-left corner and select [Users].
2. Find your email ID in the list and click it.
3. Click [Change Password] on the right side of the screen.
4. Enter your current password.
5. Enter and confirm your new password.
6. Click [Change] to save.

Change your password in XSite Classic

1. Click [Settings] in the side menu and select [Users].
2. Find your email ID in the list and click it.
3. Click [Change Password] at the top of the screen.
4. Enter your current password.
5. Enter and confirm your new password.
6. Click [Change] to save.

Tips & Warnings

• If you do not remember your current password, you cannot change it yourself. Contact XSite Support for a reset.
• Choose a password that is hard to guess and not shared with others.
• If your new password does not save, check that both entries match exactly.
• If you still cannot log in after changing your password, restart your browser and try again.
