Before you begin
- You must know your current password to change it yourself.
- If you have forgotten your password, contact XSite Support to reset it.

Steps
Change your password in XSiteIO

Click [Settings] in the bottom-left corner and select [Users].

Find your email ID in the list and click it.

Click [Change Password] on the right side of the screen.

Enter your current password.

Enter and confirm your new password.

Click [Change] to save.
Change your password in XSite Classic

Tips & Warnings
- If you do not remember your current password, you cannot change it yourself. Contact XSite Support at 1-888-346-0864 for a reset.
- Choose a password that is hard to guess and not shared with others.
- If your new password does not save, check that both entries match exactly.
- If you still cannot log in after changing your password, restart your browser and try again.
